Hershey Gargash is a children’s author, journalist and storyteller based in Dubai. With more than 20 years’ experience in international publishing, her work has appeared in leading titles including The Sunday Times Style, ELLE, W Magazine, WWD, Tatler and Forbes Middle East. Her debut picture book, Wixie the Worm Saves the Planet, combines her love of storytelling with a passion for nature, sustainability and mindfulness, encouraging children to discover how even the smallest actions can make a meaningful difference. Hershey brings her stories to life through highly interactive author sessions for schools, nurseries, bookstores and family events, blending storytelling with movement, environmental games, creativity and mindful moments. Through Wixie’s world, she hopes to nurture curiosity, kindness and a lifelong connection with the planet, empowering every child to believe they can be an Earth Hero.
