Michaela Cooper is a UAE-based American educator and author dedicated to bringing wonder, adventure, and the joy of reading to young minds. Inspired by the natural world - from hidden desert landscapes to mysterious underwater realms - she crafts stories that celebrate curiosity, courage, and the warmth of family connections. She is the creator of the engaging children's book series, ‘The Starling Adventures’ which includes ‘The Land Down Under: Mr Crab Meets The Starlings’ and ‘A Day in the Desert: Mahmoud Meets the Starlings’. As an educator, Michaela brings her books to life through interactive school visits featuring lively storytelling sessions, hands-on creative workshops, student Q&As, and book signings.
