Meera Al Marzooqi

Meera Almarzooqi is an Emirati children’s book author and an electrical engineer. Her love for writing began at a young age, when she enjoyed creating stories, characters, and little worlds of her own. Although she pursued engineering professionally, writing has always remained a special part of her life.

Becoming a mother brought a new meaning to her love for storytelling. Her son’s curiosity, imagination, and endless questions continue to inspire her and encourage her to see the world through a child’s eyes.

Meera enjoys creating stories that are playful, imaginative, and full of wonder. Through her writing, she hopes to encourage children to be curious, use their imagination, and discover the joy of reading from an early age.
