With 11 years' experience as a primary school teacher, I used my expertise to create 'The Zuggler' children's book series for children aged 4-9 that resonates with children living in the UAE. The main character (the lovable 'Zuggler') takes the reader on a whistle-stop tour of the landmarks in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah and celebrates culture, unity and the values of the UAE. I have toured schools across the Emirates sharing my stories since 2023 giving workshops and reading sessions and look forward to many more.

• The Zuggler in Dubai is the story of Tim - an expat child struggling with the thought of leaving his country to move to Dubai. We follow The Zuggler and Tim during a Dubai adventure exploring all the amazing landmarks and places the city has to offer while Tim settles in and makes new friends. This story has strong links to transition, settling in and new beginnings.

• The Zuggler in Abu Dhabi follows the story of Anvi who sometimes gets a bit overwhelmed at school. The Zuggler helps her to find her focus at the F1, calm at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and much more during an unforgettable journey through Abu Dhabi. Includes a quiz section too!

• The Zuggler in Sharjah launches in September 2026! Set against the rich cultural backdrop of Sharjah, this story follows Ali, a young Emirati boy. As an only child, Ali sometimes feels afraid and lonely, but as he and The Zuggler explore Sharjah and enjoy Ramadan, Ali overcomes his fears and discovers his confidence. Readers will also learn some Arabic words along the way!
