Dr. Lamya Tawfik, is a storyteller, a certified Parenting and Kids Life Coach and a creative arts facilitator. She holds a PhD in Childhood Studies (Children's Media and Culture) from the Institute Postgraduate Childhood Studies at Ain Shams University in Cairo. Her journey as a performing artist started in 2009. Since then, she has performed in English, Arabic, and Italian with several theater groups in Dubai. As a storyteller, she has performed in many children's events, storytelling festivals, and book fairs. Her school visits are full of energy as she enjoys delivering interactive, fun sessions whether she is reading a book or delivering a workshop for students, parents or teachers.
